CNT New31DC - Day 12 Tape Mani

Yesterday I did a simple but I think pretty tape mani for The New 31 Day Cahllenge. The inspiration for this mani i got from lackfein - I love her blog - check it out!

CNT New31DC - Day 5 Purple

I love this purple! It's also a new colour from the Catrice NEONaturals LE. I planed to stamp over it, but I'm so happy with this colour, that I let it on it's own.

Ich liebe den violetten Lack aus der Catrice NEONaturals LE! Eigentlich hatte ich geplant darüber zu stempeln, aber die Farbe gefällt mir soooo gut, dass ich sie einfach so tragen möchte!

CNT New31DC - Day 4 Pink

Pink is todays colour. I've used the pink from the Catrice NEONaturals LE - this colour looks great! I wanted to add some pink glitter on the tips, but I'm not so happy with the result. I had tipwear very fast and took it off after some hours.

Mit meiner pinken Maniküre bin ich nicht zufrieden. Das Pink ist das neue von Catrice aus der NEONaturals LE - eine wunderschönes Neonpink! Dann wollte ich noch etwas pinken Glitzer auf die Spitzen geben, aber ich bin mit dem Ergebnis nicht wirklich zufrieden. Schon nach kurzer Zeit hat sich der Lack an den Spitzen abgelöst und ich habe mir die Nägel ablackiert.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!?

No H8! - 8.11.2012

Hello Ladies!

There is a huge problem in real life an also in cyberspace - bullying! Everybody could get a cvictim of it! I think we should stand together and fight it! Thats why (some) a lot of (polish) bloggers all over the world are participating at the first annual No H8 day! Lots of Bloggers are coming together, wearing the universal colour of purple to show our support. It is a day to stand up against those bullies who criticise and laugh at other people.

Es gibt ein großes Problem - leider nicht mehr nur im "normalen" Leben, sondern auch immer häufiger im Internet - Mobbing! Jeder kann Opfer von Mobbing werden! Catrice LE Big City Life 2.0 - 02 San Francisco

Today I want to show you the second polish from the new Catrice LE Big City Life 2.0: 02 San Francisco. It's a emerald green with shimmer in it! I really like this colour - this will be one of my christmas colours!

Heute habe ich den zweiten Lack aus der Catrice LE Big City Life 2.0: 02 San Francisco. Die Farbe würde ich als Smaragdgrün beschreiben, mit kleinen Schimmerpartikeln! Mir gefällt diese Farbe sehr gut - die eignet sich gut für Weihnachtsdesigns!

Catrice LE Big City Life 2.0 - 01 Paris

Hello Ladies!

The new Catrice Limited Edition Big City Life 2.0 is available since last week. In this LE you can get 3 different polishes - 01 Paris, 02 San Francisco and 03 Shanghai. Today I want to show you the first polish: Paris. I would say it's a light rose with pink shimmer in it. I like it, it's a nice nude colour you can wear everyday!

I have to say that I love France and "j'adore Paris"! In 2008/09 I have lived in France for 10 months, I worked as an Au-Pair in a small town near LaRochelle. This were amazing months! The people, the lifestyle, the landscape, the cities & the fashion! I love it!

Seit letzter Woche ist die neue Catrice Limited Edition Big City Life 2.0 erhältlich. In dieser LE gibt es 3 Nagellacke - 01 Paris, 02 San Francisco und 03 Shanghai. Heut zeig ich euch den ersten Lack: Paris. Ich würde die Farbe als ein helles rosé mit pinken Schimmerpartikeln beschreiben. Mir gefällt die Farbe, ein schöner Nude-Lack den man jeden Tag tragen kann.

Ich muss noch sagen, ich liebe Frankeich und Paris erst! 2008/09 habe ich 10 Monate in Frankreich gelebt, ich war als Au-Pair in einem kleinen Örtchen nahe LaRochelle. Das waren tolle Monate! Die Menschen, die Lebensweise, die Landschaft, die Städte & und die Mode! Ich liebe es einfach!

I'm sorry the quality of the pictures is not good, it was a snowy day with no sun - so the light wasn't great and I could not get the shimmer.

Die Bildqualität ist leider nicht gut, es hat den ganzen Tag geschneit und so hatte ich kein gutes Licht und konnte den Schimmer leider nicht festhalten!

Sorry for my absence...

Sorry Ladies,

I've been sick for over a week! But now I'm back! And I went shopping yesterday! There were some LEs I really wanted! And I got them all ... and some more!!

Normally I do my shopping in Innsbruck - the capital of Tyrol - but when I go there the Limited Editions are mostly plundered and I have to go to different shops to get everything I want. But yesterday I drove to a smaler city in the opposite direction - and I got more than expected!!

They had all current LEs and a lot of old ones with nearly everything in it! I even got the Catrice "Million Styles" LE which was available in March/April 2012! I wanted them for soooooo long, on amazon you can get them for 6€ each, but now I found them for 2,95€ and I got 7 out of 8!


Ich war jetzt über eine Woche krank! Aber jetzt bin ich wieder zurück! Und ich war shoppen! Da gab es einige LEs die ich unbedingt wollte! Und ich hab sie alle bekommen ... und noch einige mehr!

Normalerweise fahre ich immer nach Innsbruck zum shoppen, aber dort muss ich meist in verschiedene Läden gehen bis ich alle Lacke aus den LEs bekomme. Gestern bin ich in die andere Richtung in eine kleinere Stadt gefahren und dort gab es mehr als erwartet!

Es gab dort volle Aufsteller aller aktuellen LEs und noch viele ältere LEs, bei welchen noch fast alles enthalten war! Es gab sogar die Catrice "Million Styles" LE, die im März und April 2012 erhältlich war! Ich will die Lacke schon seit langem, aber 6€ auf amazon + Versand waren mir dann doch immer zu teuer und nun hab ich 7 von 8 Lacken für je 2,95€ bekommen!

Red Bull Stratos - Felix Baumgartner

Today is the day!

After the Red Bull Stratos launch on Tuesday was aborted due to strong winds, today will be the day to break records! "The Red Bull Stratos mission will attempt to fly Felix Baumgartner approximately 23 miles (37 km) into the stratosphere over Roswell, New Mexico in a helium balloon before free falling then parachuting to Earth. Baumgartner will attempt to break the sound barrier on his descent, becoming the first human to do so without vehicular power. Baumgartner will also attempt to break three other world records - the highest manned balloon flight, the highest altitude jump, and the longest time in free fall. The free fall (until the parachute is pulled) is expected to last between five and six minutes, with total jump (until contact is made with the ground) expected to last approximately ten minutes." Why am I so excited? Because Felix Baumgartner is from AUSTRIA! Austria is such a small country - only 8.47 million people - and one of us will do something so special! Some years ago I saw him skydiving in Kitzbühel, where he jumped out of an airplane and landed in the target area of the ski racing, he opended the parachute so late - that was so scary! And also Red Bull is an austrian brand! So today Austria is watching TV (servus TV - the Red Bull television transmitter) to see the mission live!

For this special occasion I made a mani! Hopefully everything goes well! Good luck Felix!

Heute ist der Tag der Tage!

Nach dem Abbruch der Red Bull Stratos Mission am Dienstag wegen starken Windes, werden heute Rekorde gebrochen! Felix Baumgartner wird versuchen mit einem Heliumballon in einer Druckkapsel die Stratosphäre zu erreichen und mit Schutzanzug und Fallschirm abzuspringen. Dabei wird er 4 Weltrekorde aufstellen: höchste bemannte Ballonfahrt, längster freier Fall, größte im freien Fall erreichte Geschwindigkeit (Durchbruch der Schallmauer) und höchster Absprung.

Ich bin so aufgeregt! Ein Österreicher wird so etwas tolles machen! Ich habe ihn mal beim Schirennen in Kitzbühel springen gesehen, damals ist er aus einem Flugzeug gesprungen und ist im Zielgelände gelandet. Den Fallschirm hat er so spät geöffnet, das war wirklich beängstigend. Und heute sitzt halb Österreich vor dem Fernseher (servus TV - den Red Bull Sender) und schaut live nach Roswell!

D - Dirndl

Hello Ladies!

This weekend has been very stressful. I had no chance to post something. On Sunday we had our version of Thanksgiving - for this occasion I wore my Dirndl. I also made a mani inspired by the Dirndl skirt. I forgot to take a foto me wearing the Dirndl - sorry!

Dieses Wochenende war stressig und ich kam einfach nicht dazu etwas zu posten. Wir feierten Erntedank und zu diesem Anlass konnte ich mir mal wieder mein Dirndl anziehen. Dazu hab ich mir eine passende Mani gemacht, die von meiner Schürze inspieriert war. 

Da ich leider kein passenderes grün besitze, konnte ich nur mit diesem giftgrün arbeiten.
